Hotel Emporio is well located in the center of Zacatecas. What stood out most was the staff, who were consistently helpful and attentive. They made check-in smooth, offered clear guidance on the area, and were quick to respond to anything I needed during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the combination of location and service made for a very good experience.

El personal muy amable y super atento, Cristian de recepcion en todo momento estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Por otra parte Ivan nos atendió super bien y nos dio algunas recomendaciones que resultaron de lo mejor. En general todo el personal se portó a la altura.

Las almohadas estaban altas para mí gusto y un poco duras, supongo que para algunas otras personas pueden resultar comodas pero nosotros no estamos acostumbrados.
