Overall feel, great staff, beautiful hotel, perfect location

Property itself was great except with an issues with check in which was supposed to be at 3 pm but 1 room wasn’t going to be ready until like 3:30 ish and the other wasn’t ready until 6 pm because of an issue with the door. Plus I didn’t get what I reserved. I reserved a room on the 2nd floor and a room on the 3rd floor because of the views but I got a room on the 2nd floor and a room on the 4th floor which didn’t have the view reserved. I was in communication with the hotel days prior to my stay and was assured everything was in order until the day of check in and it wasn’t nothing could be done because the hotel was fully booked

El trato en recepción y restaurant no fue amable. No limpiaron bien la habitación. Los frijoles en el desayuno buffet estaban agrios
