"Be aware!!!"

I have emailed them since our stay (december4-5) and they have not responded. We had four reservations and they charged all four. Three of those reservations were paid in cash on the spot and one on card. We signed paperwork and were handed keys and we went on to enjoy.no receipts of anything. Check out came and I turned in keys only to be told we still owed one room. They said one of the cash rooms wasn’t paid. How did we get keys? How did we sign the paperwork? Of course because they gave us no recipes we couldn’t prove it. Only option was to pay again this time with card. They have a policy of no receipt given then the night is free so I sent the email with all four reservations and the situation since they want to be shady and charge another night. Guess what? The email they advertise does not work. Their hotel email goes through but no response. Be careful and always ask for receipts even if they show policy of giving you for FREE. In the email I asked to check cameras but of course no answer.

La ubicación preciosa, buena estancia y muy limpio; incluso, rico desayuno (aunque no se pagó con el hospedaje, de igual modo, accesible).

El hotel es muy bonito, habitación súper amplia 😌 y cómoda 😍.

La imagen de una de las pantallas no se veía bien, las sritas de recepción muy serias y como de mal humor, siendo que las personas en Zacatecas se caracterizan por ser super amables. Y el domingo no me querían hacer válido mi desayuno incluído 🤭, checaron algunos datos y al final me lo hicieron válido.
