What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment.

A couple of door locks had an issue and the main bedroom was hot as it had the hot water system just off it

a few things needed improvement. ie front door very hard to close, curtains hang almost over the pillows of single beds ( but that isnt too terrible) just a bit annoying, air con controller falling off the wall and a few little improvements like that. But otherwise just a lovely little unit..

Excellent property with everything that we required. Amazing view and within walking distance to everything.

great location, close the river and walking distance to beach. 5 min drive into the main town or a 15 min walk. rooms were spacious. The reception lady was very helpful and went out of her way to help out.

Main bathroom was still dirty, sand in shower. there was also dark long hair in both the accommodations we stayed in. The accommodation could do with some upgrades. Kitchen was quite old and not stocked with much cookware. We had a choice of a very large pot or very small pot, what was there was very old. Also on the day of departure the cleaning lady just walked in at 9:58am ( departure time was 10am). everything was packed in the car . I told her that I wanted to check all the rooms before we go and for my family to use the bathroom. She just stayed and started her cleaning routine.

It would have been better if fresh air could be in the main bedroom but due to the glass design of the wall it was not possible

The location was phenomenal and very walkable to beach and other recreation areas and into town.

Sand accumulation was a problem on tiled areas and no place to rinse feet in walk up to flat.
