Breakfast not provided. The apartment was clean, comfortable, had all the facilities and a great view. Can't ask for much more really. A bit noisy at times during the day but quiet at night.

Nothing, we had all we needed for a very nice break on the coast.

The location was perfect and the view over the lake was always fun to watch.

Close proximity to beach, swimming and fishing.

Property is aged, broken taps, mould in showers, shower head pressure is low, dryer buttons not working, minimal toiletries, so bring your own.including laundry and dishwasher pods. Nothing in pantry, so bring your own also. The price you pay outweighs the facilities provided.

Right on the water. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

The location on the waterfront of Merimbula Lake is superb. There is so much to sea and watch! The owner manger could not be more pleasant or caring of our needs.

The Queen bed mattress was too firm for my arthritic back - a soft top on a firm mattress would be great.

location fantastic, view absolutely amazing unit very comfortable with every thing you need, beds comfortable

The cleanliness for a 4/5 star rated place was not up to scratch.. not expected to clean for an hour to get up to standards.
