"On the brink of closing down!!"

There wasn’t anything good about the property!

The property deceived us. It was dirty and smelled musty, mildewed, and like stake cigarettes. The bed had hairs in it. I personally don’t want to sleep in a bed a stranger has and sleep in their hairs and bodily fluids, there was no toilet paper, the hot tub was so hot it burnt your skin, the pool was ICE cold, not heated at all!! We weren’t the only guests that had these complaints! We were put in a different room and the same thing. We didn’t even stay the night and requested a refund which we were told the manager would do the following day. We have gotten the run around and nothing but lies. Management avoids calls and lacks any customer service and hospitality training and should not be in the industry!! I definitely will never stay again! It won’t be long it will be closed!
