Heritage Inn & Suites St Louis Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham

Where to start. 1). Be prepared the charge a fee for incidental damage but don’t tell you until you check in 2) claimed fee was a corporate policy yet this hotel chain are franchises 3) all night long a banging in the walls not loud but enough to wake you and drive you nuts 4)toilet was clogged and overflowed had to insist on a new room in the morning. Got new room pictures show issues. 1) hair in the bathroom. 2) thermostat not working. 3) pest traps in bathroom. Never coming here again. Looked them up on St. Louis BBB. They are a B- rating. Wyndham Corporate should look into this place

The room was clean and well stocked with the essentials. Breakfast was great every morning. And the breakfast attendant was phenomenal.

The front desk people at check in and check out were blase'. Not rude but not friendly either. Just doing the minimum required.

Nice clean room, comfortable beds. Great price

Woman at front desk at night was very inattentive. Asked for towels for pool for kids,was told they only have hand towels. Jacuzzi was dirty.

when we checked into our room the toilet was not working properly reported it to front desk at 7PM was told maintenance crew left at 5PM front desk clerk tried to use with no success asked if we could move to another room and was told there were no rooms available to move into we had to use the lobby restroom during the night (our room was 3rd floor at the far end (339) next morning we asked if we can have our room rate lowered but was told only corporate could do that (corporate was called ref # 11162681 was given for a formal complaint) next morning maintenance did unclog the toilet but had to use a "snake" not a plunger

Nothing, stunk of weed, rooms were filthy, no clean linen or towels

The pool gave everyone chemical burns

Great King suite. Room was clean, bed & living area were very comfortable. Hotel was just outside of downtown St Louis & an easy drive to Gateway Arch.

Breakfast had several selections, so plenty to choose from, unfortunately biscuits were hard & 2nd morning eggs were dried out.
