Close to relatives house and the interstate

Short older man at the front desk was rude! No breakfast available at 9:20am on Sat and Sun and they state ends at 10am. Pancake machine was out of order. Same food every day! Stayed for 6 days and not once did anyone ever clean our room or change the bedding. When asking for clean towels after 3 days we were told they didn’t have any new ones and needed them for rooms being cleaned for new arrivals. Asked for an additional blanket and pillow and was told NO. Pipes banging for 2 nights with no sleep. Ask to get them fixed and was told they are looking into it. 2 days go by and finally no banging. TV channels did not match the guide. Was told they had an electrical outage months ago and they have never been the same. NEVER again will we stay there. I had 3 rooms with 4 in each room and not enough toilet paper either. When we called down to the desk we were told we can come down and get it.

The kids loved the indoor outdoor pool, hot tub.

Breakfast was okayish, but free. Man at pool trying to sell us drugs.

The location was close to all our destination for this trip. Restaurants near by.

Needing an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
