Convenience to destination. Pool was good for kids.

there were no towels available at the pool - had to go to front desk soaking wet to get some. Room did not have a hair dryer so all three of us went to bed with wet hair.

The location was great for our needs.

They do not have enough towels and other linens for all of the rooms and they treat you like you’re stupid when you go down and ask for more. We paid $700 for two rooms for two nights at a total of six people staying in those two rooms and we’re given one towel and one washcloth each. I went down to the front desk and asked for more and was told what they do have isn’t clean and housekeeping would not be there till 9 o’clock the next morning. I went down the next morning around 11 o’clock and was told sorry they didn’t have any and to feel free to leave a review.

Great room and pleasant and efficient check in staff but the breakfast lacked healthy options.

Breakfast was good to standard. The room was clean. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

The room was supposed to have a King bed and a sleeper sofa. No sofa. It was pretty late so I didn't report this. Also, there were no towels in the room. When I checked in another guest was reporting they had no towels - staff said there were none but would try to find some. It appears something had broken down; maybe staff turn-over.

Room was impeccably clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Minor reasons for less than 5 stars: sheer curtains letting a lot of outside light, including a spotlight, to filter through the windows in direct line of the bed, and no info in the room for nearby restaurants nor hotel info, i.e. hotel name and address. Other than that, it was a pleasant one-night stay that served its purpose.
