"Great location"

Location

Unfortunately the front desk staff for the night did not show up so when I wanted my car from the valet before the morning shift got there I had to wait. It was 20 minutes which many would think is nothing but I had a personal reason to need to leave that early.

Love the decor, the supremely comfortable beds and pillows, great location, super friendly staff-especially Jaye at the front desk, but also the wait staff at the brasserie St Neo's. Delicious food too. All around 5 star experience.

We had the most amazing stay at this quaint little gem! We are frequent visitors to Savannah and this will now be our go to Hotel! Rooms are incredibly clean and decor is spot on! Employees are kind, gracious and well trained. We cannot wait to go back!

Very quiet and clean, great location across from the river, walk everywhere and free bikes to use. Negatives are unloading your car is awkward in an alley alongside the building and everything in the hotel closes down early. Lobby is nice but needs some upbeat music or something as it’s dead and no one hangs out there.
