Excellent accommodations. Very nice, and well maintained facilities. Beautiful setting with surrounding mountains. Ely is a nice town, and we had a very lovely visit there.

"Nice"

Very nice property, extremely friendly staff and large room. After an exhaustively long drive (900 miles) and even though hotel seemed full, the place was silent after 8:00pm. I couldn't have asked for more. The 24 hour coffee station off the lobby was a nice touch.

"Love this place!"

We traveled through Ely on our way to a volleyball tournament in Phoenix. We seriously enjoyed our stay at The Holiday Inn Express so much that we booked a 2nd night on our return trip home! We also told all the families traveling with our team about this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, coffee and breakfast were awesome, and the staff was incredibly friendly! We were actually a little sad to leave this morning. Lol

Some sort of loud alarm going off at 5:30am- fire alarm? Smoke alarm? No clue… but a ride wake up call- ughh

"A wonderful surprise"

Having used "the other" chain in Ely it fell out of favor with me, so I decided to use Holiday Inn. What a pleasant experience, it is clean, updated, the rooms absolutely spotless. The staff friendly and the hotel totally refreshed compared to "the other" place. Family friendly as I met some other guests with kids and the gym is a great place to get a workout. They have all the equipment needed. The location is next to a casino /restaurant and there is plenty of parking. Their breakfast is usually omelets and turkey sausage (good for those who do not eat beef) There is a variety of foods and the kids seem to enjoy the choices.The value for the room is excellent. I stayed twice in the past week and asked for a specific room which they were able to provide. I frequent Ely so this will be my hotel of choice in the future.
