The staff were horrible. Uncommunicative and dismissive. Tried reaching out through email and they couldn’t even be bothered to respond. Definitely find somewhere else to stay unless you want to be abandoned without any communication.

The mattress was fantastic. I slept like a log. The walk in shower is great.

The pillows are horrific. Bring your own!!! Skip the free breakfast and go next door. Trust me. Free is not good.

I really like the beds. Slept really well. And the walk in shower was fantastic. The pillows on the other hand are horrible. So glad that I could bring my own. And a free breakfast is a treat, but only if it's edible. Great breakfast next door.

What a great affordable place to come get some sleep on the road with a big family. The room slept six, and they brought in an extra roll away and great breakfast too.

WiFi was not working to watch tv. We called down for an extra blanket and the said we had to go down and get it. They do not bring them to the room

The staff was amazing, very friendly and just all in all pleasant. Best free breakfast I've had in a hotel in a very long time. Rooms were very very clean, nice and quiet atmosphere. I am a very picky hotel stayer 🤣 but this one was a 10+ from the very beginning. We had 2 rooms for a family event. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The pool and hot tub were being updated but that did not take away from our experience at all

"Quiet, convenient access to our rooms, and there is a very good breakfast available to guests."

Everything about this hotel exceeded what we expected. We had a quiet room as requested when we booked. The hotel was very clean and the room was also very comfortable and clean. The staff was respectful and very helpful when we asked questions. We will happily stay here again when we next travel on Highway 50 through the beautiful Great Basin area.

It was all good, so no complaints coming from us.
