Comfortable room. Friendly staff. I will defiantly stay there again.

I stayed at the Silver Spur on my way east on a cross country trip. Heidi and Kelsha were excellent hosts, so I also stayed there on my return trip. Again, Kelsha was very helpful in getting me settled in for the evening. It’s not a fancy place, but great for spending a night in Burns.

The property has a Rustic theme going however we had to be moved between two different rooms before we were in one that all the lights worked and a heater worked. The office was closed an hour before was posted. Had to call a couple times to get staff. The staff was trying to be helpful and appeared frustrated at the room conditions as well

The door was not secure. The thermostat did not work; only the wall heater. There was a lockbox on the door that disappeared in the middle of the night. Pretty bad structural/wall damage. Uncomfortable bed. We had booked 2 nights but left after 1 night. The curtain rod was not secured to the wall so the curtains were askew. The lightswitch over the chair did not work. The TV was not plugged in.

Deadbolt missing, stained carpet, old fixtures and poor overall condition. Worst was all the noise, all night long - whether it was guests upstairs or some constant washing machines running, no idea what could make that much noise at all hours. For the price, it was a clean bed for the night, just wish it was quieter.

Kelsha at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and beyond helpful. We had a last minute, middle of the night booking when travel plans changed. No frills, but we didn’t need them - were able to sleep and continue on. Centrally located!

Old but clean. My only issue was I couldn’t get the tv to work. There was no remote which the lady at the front desk provided. But I still couldn’t get it to work.
