Hampton Inn Sumter

I was very disappointed upon arrival if the hotel was under renovation that should’ve been expressed before arriving. The gym was not even useable construction going on paint everywhere even in the elevator and they’re should’ve been a discount because the service you’re booking is not available very poor.

I loved everything from the beginning to the end.

Had to book a work trip short notice and Austin at the front desk was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and made sure we were taken care of.

The hot breakfast, all day free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate was amazing. My room was clean. The staff was very nice.

Not that it bothered me greatly, but I think everything will be top tier once the renovations are completely done.

Renovation was going on but the workers were great about moving things. Renovation looked good.
