Bellissimo appartamento dotato di tutti servizi necessari per il soggiorno confortevole.

Un po' complicato il processo di prenotazione..

The location was excellent near shops,restaurants,busstation and the lake.The staff was so friendly and also check-in and check-out was very easy.Also the bottle of wine in the room was great surprise. The room was big and well equipped.

Everything was great!

The apartment was very well equipped. Clean, bright and spacious. The location is ideal for the old town, sightseeing, restaurants, ferry and bus station. The welcome was very personal and friendly with a WhatsApp for any messages and the office opposite.

For us this is perfect, as it is in the middle of the tourist area, which is busy with shops bars and restaurants. However anyone looking for a peaceful break might wish to choose somewhere further away from the noise from the bars. However we loved the atmosphere or the bars and restaurants below and were happy to hear them.

Das Appartement liegt in hervorragender Lage zum Zentrum, zum See, zur Fähre und zur Busstation. Das Personal in der Agentur war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub mit meinen Kindern.

Sehr kurzer Weg zum See und unkomplizierter Checkin.

Garderobe und 2. Spiegel, bei Aufenthalt für 5 Personen wäre schön. Platz im Flur wäre dafür.

Leider war die Bar unter dem Apartment sehr laut

What we didn't like is that when we booked the apartments, there was no mention of paying a deposit of 300 euros, to be honest, it wasn't worth that much. That's another small thing, the second thing is that after booking, an insane amount of unnecessary information came to whatsapp. I have gone on holiday, not to read leaflets all the time. Third - either we were stupid, but the air conditioning didn't work. When I contacted the administration, they again made me read the booklet, it said everything was written there, but nothing worked as written. On the last of the four days, I couldn't take it anymore and started to solve the problem myself. I switched the fuses off, after 5 min. I switched them on and then finally the cool air started blowing. Then sent to whatsapp that supposedly everything is fine!!! But that was due to my actions, not theirs. Overnight of course, everything switched off again and it was hot. We had a heart patient in our group who finds the heat hard to bear, so the air conditioning was given such attention. Another little thing, the lift was mentioned as being there (it was on the third floor), but it doesn't actually work, because it's easier to put a sign saying it doesn't work than to fix it. We are not being polite, but if you want to make money, respect your customers!!!
