Niik Tulum

The breakfast was excelent, really worth the money. We also liked the location and the design of the hotel. Filtered drinking water was provided for free.

Some chairs and a desk would have been nice since there was enough space in the room. Also having a kettle would have been so convenient. We had to get rid off a big cockroach at the first night, it must have climbed into the room through an open window.

Lovely hotel, tastefully decorated and with beautiful courtyard.

Good breakfast with nice chef and restaurant staff in a nice setting

Rooms: Poor cleaning, lack of amenities, needed painting, bedsheets were ripped, comforter was stained, always seemed to be out of drinkable water

Excellent quiet hotel with clean pool

Great hotel to stay with family or friends The location is privilege, the service since you arrive is excellent , rooms and common areas are really nice It’s a great option to rest and have a good time I will definitely return for my next trip to Tulum
