Staff were helpful when required.

The room was not like the advertised photo. A lot of street noise throughout the night from motorbikes and traffic and loud 'rap' music during the night. There were people living in the street and drug addicts(confirmed by staff) although they did not confront us during our stay. The coffee machine had a used filter bag in the unit, hence we could/did not use it. The room had no towels or soap(had to request these items) however the shower/bath did not work so we had no shower during our stay. There was no toilet paper until requested. Could not wait to leave in the morning.

I liked that the room was actually clean and that I had my own bathroom and shower in the room. The staff was some what friendly I arrived at like 6 am in the middle of homeless peo all over and they would not allow me to Ck in early I was very scared and concerned for my safety not worth it.

The neighborhood was totally disgusting there was trash everywhere homeless peo outside the building at all hrs of the day and especially at night I went to San Francisco to work the Dreamforce event and I was only 3 blocks away from the convention center but wouldn’t think of walking to work in the morning and had to spend money on Lyft to pick me up and spend unnecessary money because the neighborhood was just not safe at all. I don’t recommend single females to stay at this property I won’t be staying there again. I did not get much sleep due to noise outside the building at very late hrs of the night. My room though it had its own bathroom and shower did not have a closet which wasn’t a big deal but would have been nice to have.

Tv doesn’t work.elevated is very old. There is a cockroach in the room.

The said Because they have no disability services We're present they would return my money because I never stayed.

Booking dot com never returned my money
