Hotel Sunnyside

It was very clean and quiet.

I did not like the in view my room it could have been better

Felt unsafety in this hotel. Dirty. Area with a lot of homeless people living in tends in front of the hotel. Disgusting

Once you get inside building you see it’s clean and the staff are very polite

Location liquor store and smoke shop on corner 😔 horrible location but like I said once you get inside you see the facility is clean and the staff are very nice I would recommend to travel with children here

The noise is so much and the hotel is surrounded by the homeless.

Constant shouting and traffic noise from the street. People defecating on the sidewalk. Holes in the bedsheets. Floors were dirty, and the stairs were bare plywood with no tread, with dark stains on the places where people tend to step. I wore my shoes everywhere inside as a result. No heater and no control over the thermostat, which looked like it had been ripped off with the electronic guts still mounted on the wall. Just a thin hotel blanket on the beds that would be inadequate for most people in most weather. No mirrors in the bathroom. No shelves in the shower, so I needed to reach to the sink for my soap. Dirt rings under the complimentary soap and shampoo that I didn't use. This place is definitely not up to code.

The Hotel and staff are great, but the surrounding neighborhood is dirty and can be a little intimidating

Overall I like it here. There are a lot of unhoused people on the street outside building

I know a lot of people are not a fan of SROs and the neighborhood isn’t fantastic but it’s super convenient. The staff is super nice. It’s an affordable rate and you get what you pay for a safe place to stay and sleep and working.
