Location, you really could experience a touch of Tuscany

Pool was not heated, staff needs to have more training to rise to a 5 star level Room was above kitchen 101, Lisida, very noisy and plenty of mosquitoes in the room

Frühstück war ausreichen und i.O.

Kälteperiode und Regen. Zimmer eiskalt, Heizung wurde wenige Tage vorher abgedreht. Nachfrage hat bestätigt, dass dies Weisung des Managements war.
