Great location in the heart of Ajijic with lots of restaurants, boutiques and the main plaza within walking distance. Just blocks from the lake.

Quaint hotel. Comfortable bed but the rooms are in desperate need of a facelift.

The staff was very accommodating.

The shower lost its water pressure during my shower. My spouse could not shower. It wasn't fixed my midafternoon. We spoke with the staff and advised we would have to leave. After a week, we are still waiting for two nights credit. Other than the water problem, we enjoyed our stay there. Since the hotel has not issued a credit, I contacted Citicorp and filed a dispute so that I am not responsible for the two nights were paid for in advance that we did not use due to the water issue.

Wonderful staff very friendly and always helpful. The place is a great older place with tons of charm. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax or enjoy breakfast. Had a wonderful stay thank you all!

Beautiful hotel, comfy, close to the lake and the plaza, and staff was wonderful and super nice!

Only thing was, the day we arrived it was very hot. Though it is a wonderful hotel it could use a minisplit in the top rooms for days when needed.
