The rooms were clean but that is about the only good thing I can say. The service is horrible! We stayed for 5 nights and we received NO service, no garbage was picked up from our room, no towels brought to our room, no coffee, toilet paper, tissues or anything. Everytime we needed anything we had to go all the way down to the front desk to get it ourselves. The coffee maker didn’t work, the clock didn’t work, no microwave. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel stay and will never stay there again

If your looking for somewhere just to sleep that it will be ok. But with family and kids i wouldnt recommend. We had two rooms. On seperate floors and both were nasty rugs and dirty wash clothes in the tub. One room didnt have a shower curtain and when trlling the staff and front desk they said we had to wait for the morning. We asked for clean towel on our second day and Never recieved them. Again just to sleep will be ok but anything else I would recommend going else where.

There were roaches in the room and they didnt come out until night. And the a/c unit was full of mold.

One of the worst stays in a hotel. Toilet did not work in both rooms. Sink was clogged in room we were moved to. Was given a key to someone else’s room.

Price was good.

Terrible Experience – Never Coming Back! I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and not once did anyone come to clean the room, bring fresh towels, or restock basic essentials like toilet paper. I called the front desk every morning to request housekeeping and towels—nothing happened until the last day, and even then, it took over one hour to get clean towels. To make matters worse, the key cards stopped working every single day. I kept them away from my phone and followed all instructions, but still had to go back to the front desk repeatedly. Absolutely unacceptable service. I will never be staying here again. Carpets are dirty and firs floor smell cigarettes.

First room was dirty. Changed to second room. Door did not lock. Changing to third room was OK. Had to move luggage each time was extremely inconvenient. No breakfast, but hotel rate was high.
