Quality Inn Clarksville - Exit 11

Very old hotel. The staff was nice, just didn’t see much of them. The smell of air freshener was overwhelming. The room was clean, but the beds are worn out as well as the chairs. The shower head was rusted and needed replacing. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were cold and runny, the potatoes and sausage were cold and edible. Nothing but water came out of the apple juice dispenser. Our door handle was broken and we had trouble every time we tried to get into the room. Definitely won’t be back

Hotel was clean and the bed was great! Elevator needs some maintenance. Great location.

Don’t let the picture fool you. The property is very run down. It has a horrible odor. They tried to mask the smell with air freshener. The room was fairly clean, but the beds and furniture are worn out. The shower head needs replacing. The breakfast was disgusting. There were cold, runny eggs, cold sausage and potatoes. The milk pitcher had rotten milk on the spout. Won’t be back.

We waited 20 minutes for someone to check us in. Room was fine.

Friendly staff. Was disappointed the pool was not open. 98 degrees outside today.

The room was clean. There were issues with the elevator door, not opening all the way in the morning the employee didn’t know how to fix it.

First night my daughter and I woke up at midnight because someone opened our room door! Luckily, we locked the top as well, so the door opened only a little bit. Same night, 30 minutes later the front desk person knocks at the door like the police asking for my name! He was the one checking us in. He said glitch in the system; way to go! Why couldn't you simply call the room?? After my complaint and request for reimbursement for that horrible night, management said they would refund me one night. Have not seen any money back in my bank yet. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was very simple scrambled eggs, no bacon, no sausage. I'm not a complainer but would not book this hotel again.
