Overpriced! Coffee machine in lobby was not working. Had to rely on room cups.

The staff doesn't understand English. They were understaffed at check in with one young lady checking people in and answering calls at the same time as a long line formed. The breakfast was not supplied very well. food ran out, plates and silverware ran out. the staff took several inquiries to act on a request to rectify the situation. the sleeping room floors were not clean. They said they didn't have a pool when they did. then they said we couldn't use it when there were clearly people swimming in it.

Friendly staff

Room wasn’t clean, shower wouldn’t drain, bathtub leaked, toilet had issues flushing, no sheets/pillows/blankets for couch bed. When asked front desk, was given stained sheets and was told they did not have pillows. Front desk also could not provide additional towels. Breakfast had barely any options. And juice machine was leaking all over the floor and counter.

The only good thing about this hotel was that it was close to an event we were attending close by.

No one at the front desk. The floors in the room were damp. NO coffee at the free breakfast. There wasn’t even any attempt to provide any. The breakfast area was poorly managed. No towels in the room. The majority of the hotel was occupied by people in town for a special event. The condition of the hotel put a damper on the situation.
