Location was perfect for what we needed. Staff was friendly , welcoming and accommodating.

The facility was dusty. Dust was on sanitizer dispensar and hallways were musty like cigarette odor even though rooms were non smoking. Bed sheets had a stain or were unclean. It look like the sheets had not been washed and hair fibers were in the bed when covers were pulled back.

"Dirty rooms, hot breakfast items were all cold, and maids waking us up at 7:30 am."

Location

Several events in the area so all hotels were booked up. The rooms were dirty. Hair all over the bathroom, tub floor and toilet. Smudges all over the walls. The breakfast ended at 10 am so we went down at 9. Eggs and sausage were cold. No coffee. No hot water for tea or oatmeal. The maids knocked on our door repeatedly at 7:30 am to see if we had checked out yet and again at 10 am.
