Quality Inn Ruston

I had to switch rooms I was in room 109 I rather sleep in my car than stay in that room. It was very wet and it smelled of mold The front desk woman was very nice and accommodating and prompt and gave me another room. The other room was located on the 2 nd floor and it was an ok to say the best room. I was satisfied I won’t stay at this hotel again

When we walked in the front door we thought “oh no” we should not have booked this place but all other hotels were full. The smell and the immediate looks of the place was not pleasant. We checked in which took a long time then went to our room. The room smelled worse than the hallway and bathroom was NOT clean. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and there was a 2” hair ball on the bathroom floor in the corner by the door. I went and asked for another room and was given one next door that was “cleaner” than the other one and smelled better. We slept there trying not to touch more than we had to and left asap the next morning. The a/c did work well so that’s a plus. We would not recommend this place. It also cost $150 for this type of place. A real shame they get away with this.

Bed was made up without changing sheets. When we turned down the covers, there was dirt and hair on the sheets. Had to bring us new sheets which we changed. Bathroom needed to be mopped and shower needed scrubbing.

Very helpful front desk staff, nasty rooms, rude housekeepers, disgusting pool, underwhelming breakfast, stingy with towels, stained bedding, greasy floors in the room, broken coffee machine, small bathroom. Need I say more?

Hotel was clean and they were very nice allowed me to check in early!
