Quality Inn Ruston

The rooms are fine but when you get out of the elevator it smells really bad like weed and there are no smoking signs but the elevator and hallways smell so bad that every time I got out my nose had to spit up.

Room smelled musty. Air conditioner kept freezing up then leaking all over.. breakfast was disappointment.

The staff was very nice. It was quite and a good location. It was clean.

It was very dated.

Nice size room

Old . Popcorn ceiling falling. Water leaking from sprinkler systems. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Room was not cleaned every day. Had to request several times for towels and bedding for sofa bed.

Old and unkept. Door mat on the way in looked like it had been there for many years, filthy.

Room had a strong odor of cleaners which was overwhelmingly strong then as it faded it was musty. One room in our party had a bedspread with a stain on it. Lighting was dim. Just felt unclean.

Met. My personal needs. I could. Keep my expensive bicycle in my room . Room needed deep cleaning Bed comfortable.

Just clean it up. Scrub the floors. Laundry the curtains. Vacuum behind the bed/furnishings. It’s fine that things are old, but care enough to clean the old things properly. Simple.
