The Garuda Villa and Restaurant

We stay only one night we did not inquire of the temperatures in this region, it is cool and cold in the evening, remember to bring something to dress warmly ;-) We had booked 3 nights and stayed 1 night because of that. Room are large. Bed confortable. Wait for diner and breakfast however it was very good. Good value for monney. Staff is very nice. Hotel garden is well maintened

The room, facilities and services are amazing.. they treat you well and always try to accommodate all your need. If you expect the low prices with amazing service this is the place. Just a note : if you are fussy people this place are on the top of mountain the room are quite humid with the price they offer i would not complaint much..

The rooms were decent.

Many things. We are 11 days at Bali, we are here the WORST food by far. Don't eat the food guys, it's not for people. The waitress don't speak English The staff is lazy, they are always away from their positions (reception etc) they all gather inside the kitchen together to browse in their mobiles. Probably the owner doesn't care for it's services and he just receives income from random travelers.

I strongly do not recommend this stay. For the price, it doesn’t reflect the dirty rooms and lack of upkeep. We had originally booked it for 2 nights, and stayed only one night and had to leave the next. When we entered there were countless mosquitoes as shown in the pictures showing that the room was never cleaned. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. I know this is Bali and its common to see insects, but the room’s ceiling had huge spider webs and a huge spider came down while we were in the room. Earlier we stayed in a bamboo house in the MIDDLE of the forest and that house was cleaner and most kept up than this. I’m not sure what these were but we had a continuous feeling of itch in bed and found really small insects. Before leaving we asked to be moved to another room and when we went in, it was just as bad, so we left the hotel and requested a refund from booking. The breakfast was okay. The front lobby was usually empty, we sometimes had to wait for 20 minutes+ for someone to come or just ended up searching for staff around the place to call them. Also the wifi never reached our rooms, we had to access wifi only from the resto. Honestly, I would just a few more dollars and stay at Handara Resort, this place doesn’t deserve its price.
