The continuous cold & wet weather Your hotel should invest in a pressure cleaner. Too much slippery mould on steps & paths The restuarant had no protection from cold wind

The host are very friendly

No toiletpaper, no towels and because you are high in the mountains everything was wet. We stayed one night instead of two. Breakfast was only nasi goreng, nothing else.

Bed was comfortable

Nothing like advertised, no view, staff were hard to find and unhelpful

The staff was really helpful and nice. I would come back here again!

Location staff is friendly hot nice shower

-Bedsheets wasn't clean, we changed the room -outside the rooms is garden and spider nets everywhere should be cleaned, i check before i walk.. -the laundry they deal with is bad, like it wasn't washed -Don't recommend breakfast there (omlette and coffee) but lunch is ok. Breakfast should be improved as the hotel is not cheap, i had excellent breakfast in a cheaper hotel.Like they out carrot and cabbage in the omlette! -They should put tea,coffee and boiler in the room.. -Staff was talking and laughing all day loudly, ok they are friends but it's not the place as the the rooms and kitchen are very close to each other:) *Hotel has very good location but if they improve these points will be great!!

Excelent staff, near to the waterfalls

No hot water in the shower, strong sewer smell in the bathroom.
