St. Louis Union Station Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton

Beautiful historical place so big. You can get lost very easily but there are signs everywhere.

I've been to this hotel numerous times in the last three years. I have always chosen it despite the high valet cost because it was one of the few hotels that still had an Executive Lounge. Unfortunately they no longer have it, apparently, since Feb of this year according to one of the hotel staff members. I will not be going back as the cost doesn't justify the loss of this amenity. I'll be staying else where

The large container in the shower for hair conditioner was completely empty.

Beautiful building, lots of food options near by, amazing location for going to the enterprise center

Some members of the valet staff in the afternoon/evening were very unpleasant to deal with. Were visibly grumpy/exasperated when we showed up to ask for our car, and were the same and rude when we had a communication issue about a drop off that we quickly fixed. And overheard them cussing at the phone in front of multiple customers before picking it up while waiting for our car. The rest of the staff we dealt with were wonderful but it was very uncomfortable to deal with that staff member and to feel like we were being burdensome for using a service the hotel provided
