The Ship

The staff were absolutely lovely. Friendly, approachable, chatty (but not in an annoying amount), informative and a credit to the hotel.

It was noisy at the front because of the area set aside for outside smoking/drinking. If I stayed again, I would ask for a room at the rear of the hotel, facing the carpark and I would consider staying there again.

Convenient location close to Rail and Bus Stations. You got 20% off the cost of food, which was very good. The room was very clean, and comfortable. There was a generous supply of tea/coffee and milk.

Location, next to station, above pub.

Was a long walk upstairs, downstairs and through corridors to actually get to our room. No toilet in room l, so again out the room, up some stairs

The room was only ok. There was a full on drug party next door all night. Was noisy and smoking in room. Would avoid this place.

Staff very friendly. Room and toilets very clean beds comfortable.

Lock in our bedroom wsnt very good a bit of draft and doors was moving small kick and it will open. This needs to be fixed

Too late at 11.00 so had breakfast elsewhere.
