FRNothing really the room wasn’t really clean and very very very hot one fan that didn’t oscillate windows wouldn’t stay open we had to prope them open with a trash can and a space heater
The toilet wasn’t cleaned the entire time we were there the same piece of toilet was on the floor when we arrived and when we left. One toilet for five rooms. Difficult to manage behind two heave for doors in the middle of thr night
GBFood was good. Friendly staff.
I went up to bed at 9 pm and opened the window (30+degs) no a/c. To find my room overlooked the front of the pub that had like giant gazebos with lots of noise until well after midnight. The establishment need to choose between making money from a pub or hotel or a better mix of the two. To finish the night off the room above was up at 3.30 and stomped about for more than an hour. I had about 3 hours of sleep. Not acceptable at any level of accommodation.
NLHet personeel, de ligging en het interieur van de pub.
De grote van de kamer en kastruimte.
GBExcellent shower no prattlng about easy to use
Stairs to my room too many for some one with a bad knee my fault I should’ve requested one easier to access
GBScored it 2 because the bar staff were lovely.
OK here goes, absolutely filthy, dirty sheets and pillows, sash windows that wouldn't stay open (it was over 27 degrees outside at night, so we got no sleep), peeling walls, place was like a maze with winding stairs, then metal stairs to get out. Upon admission, we were told food was 20% off for guests, this was not applied. Daughter got bitten by something in the room. Doors very very heavy, and slammed shut so even if it hadn't been too hot, we would've been woken up every time anyone in neighbouring rooms needed to leave their room for the toilet. Light in room incredibly low, we had to use phone torches to see at night. We asked for a double and single bed and double bed was tiny, Honestly, I wouldn't even consider it suitable for students
GBThe hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the town centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and kindly allowed us to leave our bags there when we arrived before check-in. The room was clean and well presented.
The noise from outside was extremely loud. We expected some disturbance until the pub closed at midnight, but it continued for hours afterwards. Although we closed the windows, it made very little difference. The room itself was nice, but it was unbearably hot, so we had no choice but to keep the windows open. There was a fan provided, but it was very weak and did little to cool the room. To make matters worse, the occupants of the room above ours were making a great deal of noise, with loud banging and heavy footsteps from around 3:00am until at least 5:00am. Between the noise from outside and the disturbance from above, we got very little sleep.
GBThe staff were absolutely lovely. Friendly, approachable, chatty (but not in an annoying amount), informative and a credit to the hotel.
It was noisy at the front because of the area set aside for outside smoking/drinking. If I stayed again, I would ask for a room at the rear of the hotel, facing the carpark and I would consider staying there again.
GBConvenient location close to Rail and Bus Stations. You got 20% off the cost of food, which was very good. The room was very clean, and comfortable. There was a generous supply of tea/coffee and milk.
GBLocation, next to station, above pub.
Was a long walk upstairs, downstairs and through corridors to actually get to our room. No toilet in room l, so again out the room, up some stairs
