The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
No fault of the hotel itself but, as is expected with somewhere so close to a bus station, things got noisy outside from around 5 in the morning.

Small but well appointed en-suite single room/bed with kettle, abundant tea/coffee supplies, towels and toiletries. Fun polite staff separate entrance Warm room and plenty of hot water Convenient for the city centre and ARU
I mentioned a couple of really minor cleaning points to the very friendly cleaner who was very receptive I was working late in my room to 1.00am on a Friday night, so the loud bar music to 12.00ish wasn't a huge issue for me but might be for others. .
