Nothing about the place
I was woken up at 5am to hair dryers jazz music and talking loud then the pub had a delivery banging and roon shaking with the noise 😑 I book 2 nights but only stayed one night 🌙 I looking for a full refund and very disappointed.witdisappointed.with my stay will never stay here again and I will let others know about it too.

The only good thing about the Ship was the location and friendliness of staff.
The shower is clearly old and not cleaned well, full of limescale, in general all the equipment is old, uneven flooring in the room, paid £100 for a night - not worth the money.

Great location for me and I've stayed here before and will be staying again soon. 4 minutes walk to the train station, perfect!

Location and friendly staff despite being a busy pub in holiday season. Upgrade to room 10, rooms 9&10 are ensuite and recently refurbished.
Steps up to rooms and the noise for a short period at closing time from the street.
