Чудесный персонал, сам отель тихий, уголок рая на севере Бали, вполне можно оставаться тут на весь отпуск!

The view of the pool and the employees where nice. The overall feeling as well was enjoyable. I washed my stuff there for 25k per kilo.

When I complained I had cold water the first time and my sink was leaking they tried to fix it. The next day when it was the same. The manager started jelling at me and was filming me without my permission. They came to my room and saw it was leaking all over the bathroom and said I did it myself and I was lying. You can see photos of them trying to fix the leak and the bukket that was below. I was not compensatated at all.

Le personnel force pour faire consommer, des activité en extra mais hors de prix 270€ pour une les dauphins et le planton

Le logement était propre et bien placé. Le lieu était agréable. Le personnel était accueillant.

Le restaurant laissait vraiment à désirer. La nourriture n’était pas spécialement bonne et l’attente était longue. Un soir nous sommes arrivés à 20h pour manger, nous n’avons même pas pu prendre de dessert car l’attente des plats a été tellement longue que le temps que nous mangions la cuisine avait fermé. Il y avait un menu mais nous n’avons pas été libre de choisir ce qu’on voulait, pas de plat à base de fruit de mer car il n’y en avait pas ce jour là mais également pas de pizza parce que les cuisinières n’avaient pas envie de faire des pizzas… et le goût n’était pas très présent… On a également voulu nous faire payer plus cher la laverie parce que soit disant nous avions choisi un lavage express mais le linge n’était même pas prêt à temps…heureusement que nous avons négocié les prix …
