The hospitality at front desk she is so nice and so helpful

Location wasn't too far away from the main area.

The place is a run down dusty dump. But even in a modest motel, you can make up for what's lacking with good old hospitality. This place has none. The staff doesn't even lift their head to acknowledge you when you enter the lobby and say good morning. If you have an issue, they will tell you you are wrong, there's nothing that can be done, or throw their co-workers under the bus. Read the manager's contrite responses to complaints in these reviews to understand what you're dealing with. MOST UNCOMFORTABLE BED I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN A HOTEL. When I sat on the bed, it bottomed out and I'm not a large woman.I bought a yoga mat and slept on the floor for 4 nights bc that was the better option. I spend about 100 nights a year in hotels and mattresses in chain hotels are generally dictated down from corporate. This was not in compliance for chain requirements. See pics of mattress bottoming out. I was told: 1) It's not an expired mattress, it's fine 2) it's in the handicap room, handicapped people need mushy mattresses 3) the maintenance guy looked at it and it is fine 4) someone else slept in that room last week and he was fine 5) you can call booking.com and forfeit 2 nights' cost and they can find you somewhere else to sleep Breakfast is grab and go - don't think you're getting breakfast, you get an apple, honeybun and kiddie granola bar. There's a diner in walking distance.

Wasn’t wasn’t to bad sleeping wise

The manger she was awful and the also kept half of our deposit cause of dirty wash rags. They were doing it to all the customers keeping most of there deposits which is crazy Will never stay again
