me quitaron 100 dolares de mi cuenta aparte que page el parkin y dijeron que me iban a reembolsar y todavia no lo hacen

The facility is in poor condition. The fountains weren't working. Needs fresh paint, vents cleaned. Absurd to pay for parking since we already pay for accommodation. Then $100 deposit for amenities. Without refund. I was charged for the reservation with an additional payment fee for $159 I have no idea what for.. property is in poor condition. Definitely not up to Hilton standard. Such a shame for the property.

Not much. The breakfast was okay, but definitely not like the breakfast Ive had at other Hiltons. They didnt let us check in not one minute before 4, the room stunk like Fabuloso was spilled all over.

. Very outdated, dingy. Tub was rusted out around the drain, wall paper peeling, pay for paring but with how terrible the building was they should never charge to park too. The pictures of the water fountain and indoor stream not filled or operating. The hot tub not operating. The pull out couch very lumpy and not able to sleep on it.

Thank god we were only here to sleep

No AC, heat only, pay for parking, inside water fountains broken, people acting like animal and overcrowding pool with people, drinks and food after needing reservations to use. Security just watches, booked room wrong beds, had to open windows for relief and then froze and had guests with health problems and they won’t respond to Booking.com and this marks a month since we stayed

The staff was super nice and helpful.

My room was dirty, we found a sandwich under the sofa bed, the bathroom smelled like they had not change the curtain in years.
