Always enjoy the atriums of the Embassy Suites. They’re so pretty and they’re cooked to order breakfast for free as a bonus. There, free drink, and snacks at cocktail hour is another great deal although we were out this time and couldn’t have that experience.

Did not like that we had to pay for parking

My recent stay at Embassy Suites in Parsippany was beyond disappointing—it was genuinely unsettling. From the moment I entered the room, it was evident the upkeep was severely lacking. The entire space felt outdated, and the bathroom was especially unpleasant—there was a strong odor of urine, and mold had taken hold in the tub. But that wasn’t all. When my shoe slipped under the sofa, I pulled out items that left me appalled—an old diaper, a brush, and a toy. It was a glaring sign that cleanliness was far from a priority. The sofa itself was broken and unusable. Despite calling staff to address these issues, their efforts made no difference—the room remained in the same unacceptable state. To add insult to injury, the customer service experience was a frustrating, drawn-out ordeal, offering no resolution or accountability. Honestly, I urge anyone considering this hotel—save your money. The standard they’ve allowed themselves to drop to is truly unacceptable.
