External surfaces is so Nice , More of Nature shown inside . Staff are very ok . Call room service they will come quick. But the Room is so dirty and Old for $245 / plus parking , $15

Inside is old , furnitures and the beds are old and messy. Worst-case is the Rug , inside the room . I have neck pain from pillow and Slanted bed. Price is too much, also collecting money for parking after paying $245 per Night.

First time staying at this hotel. The location was excellent for my purposes, only 10-15min down 287 to Morristown Hospital. I will definitely consider this place again when I am in the area.

The location

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel. The room is filthy, the bedsheets looks like are not replaced since it looks so dirty. The restroom has mold and the toilet paper holder is broken.

The spacious rooms and amenities

I checked in pretty late and was worried about my reservation so I called the location about 4 times (no answer) I sent a message thru the app (no message). I arrived at 1:30am and went straight to sleep, when I went to take a shower in the morning, the shower wasn't working, there was a piece to the knob you lift to switch from bath to shower, long story short I had to take a bath b4 checking out. Other than that everything was great 👍

Breakfast was good

Run-down. Air conditioning didn't work in the room. Everything is old. Hot tub didn't work, fountains didn't work.

El desayuno muy completo y rico. El lugar muy presentable y bonito. Un ambiente seguro y tranquilo

No pude utilizar la piscina, ya que cuando entramos al lugar era tan fuerte el olor a los quimicos que nos ardian los ojos.

Horrible stay. Filthy room, stained towels, toilet that wouldn’t flush, tub that wouldn’t drain and filled during showers, mold in bathrooms, broken cabinet near microwave, no bedding for pull out sofa, exceptionally noisy lobby, whole hotel smelt of weed, stay away!!!
