"should have known toilets in overfilled dumpsters and on the ground"

2.0

The staff was friendly but the hotel was the worst I have ever stayed at. First room had a broken tv,light by the bed didn't work, and the phone didn't work. Had to walk back to desk and get another room this room the fridge was missing The third room had an old heating system that took forever to get the room warm. The toilet paper holder was broken, and the shower curtain rod was ready to fall off the wall. The floor was sticky. The ice machine had mold in it and didn't work. Had to go around the building to get ice. None of the outside doors had locks on them so come on in anyone!!!! Unsafe!!!! Filthy!!!! Dirty!!!!DO NOT GO THERE

"Gross"

2.0

I understand you get what you pay for but this hotel is filthy inside and out. Simplicity can also be clean. During our stay, the TV's (we had multiple rooms) did not work without the assistance of the front desk staff (who were lovely). Upon check out the day manager insisted that the TV's worked because the cable company had been there a day earlier and "it costs money to have them come". I guess he didn't hear me when I said they did not work!! They should fix the problem they have with the cable service or whatever the issue is so guests have less time to focus on the filth!

"Okay, but they need to do better."

6.0

We stayed here one night because it’s pet friendly and affordable. I don’t expect a luxury hotel for $50. The good first: the room was huge, bed was decent, good temperature control, fridge and microwave, and the desk clerk was lovely. The bad: the place is old, frayed, dirty, and somewhat unsafe. The doors are beaten up, tub chipped and rusted. The hallway and the floor of our room were filthy. The outside door never locked. Worst of all, the outside was littered with cigarette butts, construction debris, and broken glass, which was a hazard to our dogs. They need to clean up the facility for sure.

"Overnight near SFO before early flight"

8.0

This was our first experience with this Inn. Rooms fine, coffee maker. Small fridge, micro wave, ironing board, TV, and safe. We had two queens so we could sleep peacefully before Travel. Parking is free for the first 7days. Afterwards a fee of $10per day is charged. Rooms clean, and comfy, close to restaurants. We were recommended to try Kincaid! It was a fast 15 min walk for us. The meal was very good... we would dine there again when in the area.
