V&A Waterfront Luxury Residences - WHosting

I have no doubt that when the apartment was new, it was an amazing place. But not anymore! The place is just falling apart: • the place was dirty. Each room has carpets. both of them were super dirty, with stains all over. Very disgusting. I couldn’t walk barefoot. • The mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. The duvet was dirty • The doors of the laundry were falling apart. also the kitchen drawers. • the sink constantly clogs. not enough kitchen utensils. I went and bought some of them to be able to cook. • the living room furniture were disgusting. I found food between the cushions. it has also a big carpet in the middle of the living room that was also super dirty. The only pros of this apartment that IS NOT in the waterfront, but walking distance from it, is that you were able to walk to the V&A through the canals like in10 minutes and that has security 24 hours. you cannot walk at night because they closed the canal doors for security reasons. This is not a hotel, It is a normal apartment building where they rent one apartment. I stayed there for 10 days! and I regret it!!

Great property with free parking and only a 20 min walk along the river to the waterfront

Cape town is amazing. The residence is central to all the tourist attractions in Capetown.Its a few minutes lovely walk through the canal walkway to the marina shops.. it's beautiful! Comfortable, convenient and great communication with management. Would definitely recommend it for a fisrt timer visiting Capetown.

Great place to stay even if it is next to the container yard, noise was not bothering at all. Warren was very helpful and friendly upon receiving us.

É um lugar calmo. A primeira impressao é sempre que não iremos gostar, mas mudamos logo de ideias. Super calmo, mesmo com os contentores como paisagem. Só acho que devia ter serviços de limpeza diários, nem que seja por conta dos guests.

Awesome comfortable stay with a magnificent view very friendly accommodating staff

Great stay in a luxury apartment with everything you could ask for including Netflix and an Air Fryer. We ate out the one night but then could resist cooking and eating in the second as everything was right there for us to use. To sum up we felt right at home.

Uber luxury and in a fantastic location. Apartment was exceptionally clean and provided a wonderful base to explore Cape Town from. Building staff were also amazingly helpful and friendly. All in all a wonderful stay.

Waited 4 hours to check-in as the “Presidential Apartement” was not ready. Eventually we were taken to the flat and it was an absolute disgrace. Filthy stained carpets, everything was broken from kitchen appliances to cupboards and furniture. What a disgrace. They eventually moved us to another flat in Sea Point but by then it was 7pm and we were exhausted and the entire day had gone by and our food was spoiled. Terrible experience especially after I told them we had an 80 year old with us that wanted to rest. The second flat was also not well serviced and we just didn’t have the energy. I sent a complaint to the manager and have had no response.
