V&A Waterfront Luxury Residences - WHosting

This 2 bedroom condo was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. We appreciated being able to use the washing machine while we were there. There were 2 balconies with nice views of Table Mountain and the canal on one side and of the harbour on the other side. It was a 25 minute walk from the V&A Waterfront in one direction and from the City Center in the other. There was a pedestrian walkway we used during daylight hours.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Zudem gibt es einen guten Parkplatz für (Leih)Fahrzeuge in Form einer Tiefgarage. Gut auch, dass es im Apartment auch eine Waschmaschine gibt, um als Reisender bei vielen Unterkunftswechseln einmal schnell die Wäsche zu erledigen.Leider fehlt es im Apartment an den kleinen Dingen, wenn man Self Catering bevorzugt (Salz, Pfeffer, etc). Das sollte aber auch nicht stören, da in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft eine Vielzahl an Verpflegungsstellen zu finden sind.

Absolute gem on the waterfront, had an amazing time.

Such promise - but so tired - broken hairdryer, patio door that did not lock ! Bathroom door handle hanging off - cups and cutlery that really need running though the dishwasher. On the plus side - 15 minute walk to the Marina via the canal - gate closes at 7pm though - tidy it up - provide some basics; dishwasher tablets / washing up liquid - feels like housekeeping checks nothing & how can an external patio door have a broken lock

Very spacious, modern, and airy two bedroom apartment, with a full kitchen, dining and sitting area, two full baths, and a terrace/balcony. We loved the Nespresso machine. Both sides of the apartment had views of the water: on one side, the canals, whereas on the other side we had a view of the bay and the working port. The apartment building is situated an easy 5 minute walk from the Waterfront shopping areas, where we spent a lot of time. Chapson answered me immediately, and was very friendly and accommodating: first I asked, with only about 8 hours’ notice, if we could come one night early (yes, and we did, which required Chapson to find and bring in his cleaning team at short notice on a Sunday evening-we really appreciated it!!!); second, I asked to leave my luggage there for several hours past the normal check-out time, and again Chapson helped accommodate us. A restaurant that serves the hotel next door is on the ground floor of the apartment: their salads and springbok carpaccio were great hits with us. We would both stay here again and recommend this property to our friends.

The property is completely misrepresented. Touted as a sea view, when all you can see is a very busy container yard. The apartment has a tv, that is not connected to anything! The noise level in the apartment is atrocious! I measured 79dB. Check in, is in the form of your key card left in your post box! Check out the same. I would NEVER recommend this to anybody.

Really fantastic stay in a wonderful property. Location was ideal due to it's proximity to the convention centre (CTICC) and the V&A Waterfront and the apartment itself was uber luxurious with wonderful views of the Harbour. Was also great to have Netflix available

Great stay and location. We were very happy, the whole family had a wonderful weekend.

Oh WOW, where do I begin. I was in town for a conference at the convention centre (CTICC) and this place is a 30 second walk away, so best location. It was also a short 10 min walk to the V&A Waterfront shopping centre. Then simply the most glorious and luxurious accommodation that I have ever stayed in. Unimaginably beautiful and unobstructed views of the V&A Waterfront Harbour and the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment itself was brand new and has that wonderful new car smell as soon as you walk in. Everything of the best has been fitted from the mirrored appliances to the biggest living area LED TV I have ever seen. There is a desk and leather chair with a brand new Apple iMac for guests use. The chesterfield leather furniture and gloss wooden dining table complete the royal feel. The bedrooms have been furnished with the most upmarket velvet tufted headboards and the softest mattresses and linens that I have ever slept on/in. Superfast wifi, DSTV, tea, coffee, milk and toiletries complete what is without question the best accommodation in Cape Town. Well done!
