Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel ist es wirklich sauber, das Personal ist freundlich, es gibt viele Plätze am Pool, das Essen ist lecker, auch wenn es an allen vier Tagen, die wir dort verbracht haben, immer dieselben Gerichte gab. Am besten hat mir das Unterhaltungsprogramm gefallen. Jeden Abend gab es etwas anderes, mit Musik, Tanz, an einem Abend war sogar ein Zauberer dabei. Für Familien mit Kindern ist es perfekt.

Das Hotel hat keine Liegestühle am Strand. Diese müssen selbst bei All-Inclusive extra bezahlt werden. Der Strand und das Wasser waren leider voller Algen, sehr schmutzig, sodass wir nicht ins Wasser gehen konnten. Das ist jedoch nicht die Schuld des Hotels.

Hotel und Zimmer sehr abgewohnt, Apartment sehr dürftig ausgestattet und sehr klein berechnet für 5 Personen. Aus Naturgründen, aber doch sehr schade: mit Kindern: Strandzugang unsauber, reparabel und Strand nicht nutzbar, weil so viel Seegras am Strand war. Frühstück war ok. Würde es nicht nochmal buchen!

The bed was comfortable

We only stayed here for two nights, as we were continuing our trip to another part of the island afterwards. On the first morning, we woke up to a very strong rotten egg smell. As compensation, we were given one day of all-inclusive service, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the problems did not end there. There was mould in several places in the room, thick dust and dirt had accumulated in the corners and inside the air conditioner, and there was such a large gap under the entrance door that from 7:30 a.m. onwards we could hear every noise coming from the corridor and the neighbouring rooms. The sea in front of the hotel was disappointing and not enjoyable at all, as the water was very dirty. You need to take a bus if you want to reach a nice beach. However, the biggest disappointment was the staff. At reception, we asked where we could use the all-inclusive package when we received our wristbands only 20 minutes before the end of lunch service. Several restaurants were recommended to us, and because of the limited time, we chose the closest one. At the restaurant, we specifically asked the waiter what we could choose as all-inclusive guests, and he simply handed us the menu, even pointing out the children’s menu separately. Only after we had finished our meal were we informed that the restaurant was not actually included in the all-inclusive package and that we had to pay the full amount. We do not feel responsible for what happened. We were misinformed by the reception staff, the waiter never indicated that we were in the wrong place, and afterwards nobody accepted responsibility for the situation. In fact, we were told in a rather dismissive manner that we should be grateful that we had received all-inclusive service at all. My partner is a chef, which is one of the reasons why we usually prefer apartments. Preparing something better, and at a lower cost, than what many restaurants offer is not a challenge for him and can be done in just a few...
