Staff were nice

Breakfast was horrible. No cooked food

Quiet room from out side traffic Shower was good.

Room was cold and you hear people in tje room above walking around and closing doors.

Noise from next door room, sound insulation is a big issue, then someone ran a tap and left running other side, we had to call up the night manager as it was impossible to sleep. Then the fan next door did not turn off, so we had to call manager back to switch it off. Bar area is depressing and continental breakfast was awful. Would be pushed to stay again.

The only good part was the location

The rooms vere very dirty there was dust everywhere. I asked for water to boil in kettle the staff told me to use bathroom tap water🤮 that its "oksy and safe to use bathroom water" there was one toilet roll and it was full if dust the bathroom had metals in which was old crusty and metalic smell.Everything was just so bad the breakfast u had to go and make it yourself has to serve our self.

The location is good. The room was fine.

Great location, very convenient for exploring Rochester Really friendly and helpful staff who made the stay feel welcoming Spacious, clean, and comfortable room Nice touch having plant-based milk available at breakfast

What could be improved: Breakfast was quite basic (tea, coffee, and cereal only) The room wasn’t serviced during my two-day stay

Absolutely nothing

Run down and dirty carpets No cooked breakfast as advertised on booking . Com Poor quality so called continental breakfast!! Toilet seat kept coming off shower cold Bed was dirty and extremely uncomfortable Couldn’t stand another night in hotel so checked out a day earlier!!!
