Her ability to remember frequent travelers by name adds a warm southern hospitality feel that makes guests feel truly valued. Excellent service every time.

The breakfast selection was great! and the staff were friendly and accomodating of our need for a later checkout. A very pleasant stay!

I appreciate the staff upon arrival. Very attentive, shuttle bus came to airport to pick up guests. What I didn't appreciate was the miscommunication between staff considering the guest request. I had requested for a late check-out the first night I arrived at the hotel. When it was time to check-out, I felt harassed. Not only did the housekeeper knock on the door several times asking did we request a late check-out, someone called from the front desk. It was annoying and quite nerve-racking. If you can not accommodate guests with a late check-out, just say so.

My stay at the Hampton Inn, Kentucky, was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure each guest had everything they needed, whether it was a bottle of water, food, or extra towels. Ms Arlene was exceptional—she treated us like family and made our visit truly special. A heartfelt thank-you for the warm hospitality and the thoughtful touch of banana bread.
