"Non-existent, I was turned away due to communication issues"

I booked this room 7/4/25. Tried several times via the Booking.com app, calling the property, and calling the third party for at least three weeks. I realize it is no reflection no Hampton but there must be a way to manage things more efficiently.

This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel, and the overall experience was average! The rating is based on the room and had an odor! The ceiling had spots all over it and needs to be painted or something! The furniture is dated! The breakfast area was good, with a variety available daily! The staff in this ares were very friendly and helpful! The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful as well! There is plenty of free parking with plenty of restaurants in the area! The grounds were well kept! The hotel is located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati! Great location and fairly close to the airport.

We have stayed at this facility many times and it is always a pleasant experience. On this trip everyone was extremely nice, except the woman that was preparing breakfast on Sunday morning. It was obvious that she didn't want to be there...either complaining to herself or complaining to other people. It's sad how one person can make an impact on the whole experience.
