Nice clean property on a mountain stream.

Large clean room with scenic river view. Tasty hot complementary breakfast with many options. Friendly, efficient service whenever needed. Outstanding location for both the town and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park with ample free parking. Got to see local celebrity: “Hercules” a large black bear across the stream.

The situation and setting was truly lovely with the balcony over the river. The room was comfortable and spacious and the staff courteous and helpful. The trolley bus goes right by the hotel and good restaurants nearby too. The only negative thing would be the limited seating for breakfast, which was very basic. Otherwise excellent.

Good sized rooms and comfortable beds and furniture make this a nice home away from home. Showers are nice too! Staff is friendly and helpful. There is only one elevator but that isn't a problem because the hotel is sized just right (some hotels have a crowed feel)! Plus... every balcony is designed with some privacy in mind... and I believe that every room has a balcony that overlooks flowing water.

This hotel is located near Ober Gatlinburg and is a good starting point for a walk to the Aquarium or down the main road to experience the shops and restaurants in town. It’s also an easy starting point for a drive to Cades Cove or in the other direction to Pigeon Forge. Comfortable Beds and friendly staff.

The town was insane. Too peoplely for me!! There was a lot to do and the property was close to everything downtown. Trying to drive was impossible so this was key!

Great location in downtown Gatlinburg with a beautiful view of the creek running behind the hotel. I enjoyed watching the fly fishermen catching trout each morning from the balcony.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located near the park entrance and walking distance to the main street. Clean and spacious, definitely recommended

Clean well maintained property with friendly staff

This hotel is Clean. There is Daily maid service, clean towels every day. Staff was friendly. Free continental breakfast was sufficient with a decent variety. Always Free parking on the premises. I felt comfortable in the clean room with individual controls for temperature.
