Old Creek Lodge

We loved our one night stay here! Comfy beds, a fireplace and balcony overlooking the creek. Our favorite part was watching a bear play in the water. Breakfast was good and the staff were so helpful. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed here many times and never had an issue until now. I have always used their website and if there was any issue, they corrected it. This time, I was told they wouldn’t fix it even though they said I was paying 80 dollars more per night than others but they wouldn’t adjust it. According to corporate, their website gives the lowest rate but that is a lie. The staff was rude and insulting and that has never been the case any other time. I will NEVER stay at an OakTen property again and it used to be one of my favorite go tops. If they call this treatment an improvement, they can keep it.

We usually stay at bear skin lodge but they didnt have e a creekside room so we decided to try old creek lodge. The rooms were a good size nice and clean. Loved the bear we saw and the geese. So quiet and comfy. The staff was very very friendly and helpful! Would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it! Great location!

Location is so convenient to attractions. Love the balcony/stream, decor in rooms, and fireplace in rooms. We had 2 rooms and they were spotless, just as they always are. Beds were sooooo comfortable. Very very reasonable in cost. We will be back next time we are in Gatlinburg!

The property was nice. The beds were comfy and the pillows soft. The staff was friendly. There was a small creek that ran next to the property and had 2 black bears foraging! Great stay.

I love the location of the hotel, it’s convenient for everything but what I like the best is the staff. From check in to housekeeping and even the maintenance people that I’m sure go property to property are very kind and friendly

Location was just off the main strip, but close enough to walk. It was peaceful and quiet. Relaxing balcony to watch our bear friend play and the geese. It was the perfect atmosphere we were looking for. We'll book there again.

We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday on this trip. How memorable to be able to see a black bear play around in the creek daily!!! It truly made our vacation. We were looking for a cabin feel with a water view with a great price. Old Creek Lodge checked all the boxes. We'll definitely book our next trip with them.

Location is very good. Balcony overlooking the creek is great. Breakfast is included and is quite good. Housekeeping staff is very pleasant and efficient. Overall, a great value!

Old Creek Lodge is an amazing hotel. Our family loved our stay there. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the fireplace was a bonus, It was relaxing to sit out on the balcony and watch the wildlife, including the bears. Breakfast was delicious. We certainly would return and we have told our friends about this wonderful hotel.
