Old Creek Lodge

We visit Gatlinburg once a year I wish I could come more and every year we can't imagine staying anywhere else. We just left yesterday and as always our stay at old creek lodge was amazing. Our room was clean cozy a amazing view from our balcony the stream is so comforting. I sit outside every morning and evening. It's close to the town but far enough where you don't hear any noise. I truly could go on and on. Also the front desk staff are amazing. I can't say enough about the nice lady that checked us in her name is Lacy. Thank you for helping me get the perfect room and for your patience. We love ❤️ it here for these small reasons and more.

This was our third time staying here for 5 nights. We love it!! Everything about the Old Creek Lodge is GREAT!! If you are looking for a super clean and wonderful staff this is the place stay. From making our reservation to our check in all the staff was wonderful. The maid service girls are so sweet. The guys that work there are wonderful. Talk about being clean when you pull in the parking lot, the stairs, the elevators, the balcony, and the walkway to your room CLEAN!!! Our room was fantastic!! The beds are so comfortable with 4 big fat pillows. Huge TV with awesome picture, its like you are at the movies. The walk-in shower is huge and clean, hot water, big nice fluffy towels, huge mirror and full length mirror in the room. Room has lots of good lightening too. AC is super cold. The balcony has a great view of the river and we loved the sound of the water running down the river. You can even fish if you want to. It takes less the 5 minutes to walk up to the strip and it pretty much in the shade all the way up there too. The quickest way to get to the room is river road instead of driving up the strip. They also have a pool, we didn't use it but its was clean looking and lots of lounging around it. Last but not least would we stay here again? Hell, Yeah we would its home away from home. We totally feel safe here. For peace and quiet this is the place to be. Thank y'all for another wonderful vacation 2025!!

We had a fantastic stay at Old Creek Inn. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the hot tub and the balcony. The location is great with several restaurants, attractions and the Gatlinburg strip within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent with enough options to eat something different each day. The afternoon cookies and lemonade were a nice touch. The only negatives are the pool is right on River Road with no privacy from the sidewalk (a privacy fence would fix this) and lack of fire pits that are at all other Oaktenn properties. These are just minor issues that in no way affected our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean. Enjoyed the quiet area around our room. It was a very comfortable stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel location is excellent - along a stream a couple of blocks away from the main drag in Gatlinburg, enough to feel like we had a bit of isolation from all the commerce but a short walk to get to it when we wanted. Our second-floor room was nice, although the bathroom is on the cramped side. The HVAC controls required frequent attention. The balcony overlooking the stream is a great feature and I often sat outside on it. The lodge's breakfast is good, with a pancake maker being a nice surprise compared the usual waffle maker. They also had fresh pineapple one morning, much appreciated. Lodge staff is very friendly and gave us good advice on local restaurants and activities.

Great rooms. Vlean and big! Fireplace was a nice extra. Balcony overlooking stream was awesome! Sound was soothing. 24/7 coffee was AWESOME!!! All employees were friendly, professional, and helpful! Check in was a breeze. About 2 block walk from downtown activities, easy walk and very safe area. Easy access in and out of hotel parking for the many road trips we took. About 5 minutes to the Smokeys. Most likely stay there again if we get back down here again.
