Booked a 4 night stay at this hotel to take my family to Disneyland. Everyone at the hotel was professional and so nice. We accidentally paid for parking and the front reception was able to quickly reverse the charge as it was included in our stay. I want to especially recognize Denise and Gabriel who waited on us every morning for breakfast. They were kind and attentive in the service they provided. They made us feel welcome like we were family. I will definitely book a stay here again. Both Denise and Gabriel deserve recognition for the amazing service they provide to all guests!
