The staff was excellent

The food in the buffet was not very good the potatoes were dry and the eggs were rubbery. But I only tried it once so it could be better on other days

Great breakfast options. I enjoyed the concierge breakfast room. The noon checkout time was nice also.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Restaurant and Bar on site.

Rite off the freeway

Got locked out of my room and had to be relocated to another room but all my stuff was in the other room not even the master key opened the door

Very nice hotel in a really convenient location, and the service here has been amazing, everyone is so friendly! However, I rarely write reviews but what compelled me to write this one was the truly phenomenal service of Denise in both the concierge club and the restaurant at breakfast. She was a delight and so accommodating and helpful. I’ve stayed in many amazing 5* luxury hotels known for their service, but it is truly rare to run into someone who should so much hospitality and warmth. The staff at this property are all (that I’ve interacted with) really excellent, but Denise was the very best.
